Now that we've had a few spectacular spring days in Michigan, I've started walking our Basset Hound, Gus to work periodically (we only live 2 miles away from our design studio). And since a gal needs comfortable and stylish shoes for skipping down sidewalks, I picked up these pretties from Sole Sisters in downtown Rochester.

Rare Bird Finds Feature
The gift gals over at Rare Bird Finds say it's been super warm in LA lately (lucky birds) so they thought our little usb airplane fan could come in quite handy. $17.95
"Oh it’s been hot out here in L.A. for the past few days. Super hot in the valley, where, for some strange reason, many apartments don’t have central air. But that’s ok, we have fans and lots of ‘em. I am thinking about adding this airplane usb fan to the collection for my husband. It’s tiny and cute, so I don’t know what kind of breeze it will actually generate but did I mention it’s cute? I remember reading a marketing article about a restaurant who hired a bunch of people to picket in front of their location… but instead of the signs being negative – they ranted about how great the place was and got some great press because of it… quite clever.
Well, I couldn't quite convince our firefly gals to take it to the streets, however our sassy store mannequins are happy to spread the word.
