I immediately fell in love with HBO’s new series – Flight of the Conchords.  It has a slight Napoleon Dynamite flavor mixed in with some seriously funny folk songs. Most of you are probably saying, "Great… another John Mayer post" but I couldn’t resist showing off my shared stage moment (albeit on a video screen)with Mr. Mayer.  I just happened to be taping the first song that turned me on to John, No Such Thing, when Mr. Video Man scanned our row… what are the odds? Ahhhh… summer – driving 45 mph with the windows down, laying in the hammock reading your favorite magazine, having dinner on the deck and enjoying the soothing sounds of Turin Brakes. Steve and I were introduced to the music of Kathleen Edwards when she opened for my Mr. John Mayer in London, Ontario last Sunday.  She’s one rockin’ gal who knows how to deliver a song. Steve and I headed down to Ann Arbor yesterday evening to enjoy a wonderful concert at the lovely Michigan Theater.
