Catching Fireflies gift shop will be giving out free pink positivity
bracelets during October to any woman that has been affected by breast
cancer, and will also have a selection of pink ribbon-themed goods,
including art pieces, books and journals. Partnering with The Pink
Fund, founded by Oakland County resident Molly MacDonald, 20 percent of
Catching Fireflies pink ribbon proceeds will go toward providing
financial aid for those affected by breast cancer. Catching Fireflies
also teamed up with the local American Cancer Society’s Making Strides
Against Breast Cancer organizers and is donating over 25 of its
“Friends for Life” frames to the top fundraising team members. Catching
Fireflies has locations at 3117 W. 12 Mile in Berkley and 203 E.
