a fruity surprise!

Our neighbor dropped off a small watermelon the other day and I just got around to cutting it up and… whoa … it’s yellow!

What a delightful surprise and it even has a sweeter honey taste than the red variety.  I’m going to have to seek some of these out for my next fruit kabobs.
